How long does processing and shipping take?
We strive to process orders a quickly as possible - in most cases within 24-48 hours. Shipping time is approximately 2-5 days depending on the destination (in most cases 2 days for destinations in the Northeast, 3-5 days elsewhere).
Can I schedule a specific day for my gift box to be delivered?
Yes! Before you can check out, you may be required to enter a Desired Delivery Date in your cart. We will do our best to make sure your package arrives on or just before the date you choose. However, shipping carriers do not guarantee the delivery date, so unfortunately neither can we. We suggest including a day or two buffer to your future delivery date just to be safe. Please note that processing and shipping your order will generally take a total of 2-7 days (depending on the destination) from the time you place your order.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is ready to be shipped (generally 1-2 days after your order is placed). That email will contain a link so you can track your order.
Where can I ship to?
Currently we ship to all locations within the United States (including military bases and APO/FPOs). Free shipping is available to any of the "lower 48" states (this excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
Can I purchase gifts for my company or event?
Yes, absolutely. We'd be happy to help you find the perfect gift. For orders of 5 or more boxes, local delivery (within 20 miles of Manchester, NH) service is available. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number, and company name or event that you'd like to discuss and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I send to multiple addresses?
At this time, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like to purchase multiple boxes and ship them to different addresses, please complete separate orders for each shipping address.
Do you really offer a free handwritten note with orders?
We sure do! A free handwritten note can be included with every order to give it a nice personalized touch. All you have to do is include your message in the appropriate spot in the shopping cart.
